1. Sidelying Position- using strategically designed pillows to maintain the spine is a more neutral position. BEST IF YOU HAVE BACK PAIN OR SCIATICA. 2.Supine Lying- If you have back pain or sciatica this might potentially aggravate the condition due to the line of gravity. Howeever you can put a pillow underneath the knees to keep them bent (crooklying).
